Schematic Design -Document existing conditions. Develop proposed floor plan layouts. Client can use these plans to obtain budget pricing. The scope of work is developed in this phase.
Design Development - Exterior and Interior elevations. Building sections. Power and lighting plans.
Construction/permit Documents - This is the set of drawings the contractors will use to build your addition or reconfigured space. These drawings are used to submit for a building permit. Structural and site plans included.
